The page was done stating facts backed by sourses such as Forbes, Huffington Post, UK Blasting Media, Philadelphia Style Magazine, Vanity Fair, Metro and many more. I am open to review it if you show me what is considered "promotional", but again, everything is a fact backed by legit links. I can give you more sources if you need them. Please let me know as I would kindly ask you to re consider and to make the changes you believe appropriate so that it can be re published. Being an "Influencer" is a legit job related to social media, it is not promotional, and all that is in the page was named by sources. I understand "influencer" is an actual job title, and "fashion icon" is a synonym for a fashion designer, which could have been removed or replaced. Nothing else about the article seemed unambiguously promotional. Below is the text I deleted, or as much of it as I have -- somehow I got it onto a word document on my computer but I could not paste it back onto the Wikipedia entry. There were over 100 of these pages. Not a single one had a reference and all were abandoned for years. An AfD deleted the head article and judged the rest of the set to be far from mainspace ready. It doesn't make any difference as far as REFUND goes. REFUND is for restoring pages which were deleted for uncontroversial reasons. This page was deleted as a result of a deletion discussion, which is not an uncontroversial reason. I don't have the authority to overturn the result of a deletion discussion because of something you wrote on this page, and neither does anybody else (except maybe the closer). For the third time, if you want this page to be restored you're going to have to use deletion review, which can examine whether a deletion discussion was done properly or whether there are other considerations which justify reopening the issue. User:Johnvr4/sandbox & User:Johnvr4/Operation Red Hat

Contains a draft I am still working on updated, improved, condensed, reedited, version with all new sources that was in my sandbox and was updated 1.5 hours before it was nominated for deletion. I would like it restored because I am still improving it. I placed a copy in back in my sandbox4, improved it immediately with a new source, and it was also deleted [User:Johnvr4/sandbox4]. (see: WP:Miscellany_for_deletion/OpRedHat ) I would also Like to have User:Johnvr4/Operation Red Hat restored as it contains all previous versions as well as the edit histories and submissions of several other editors over approximately eight years, six years of new sources and improvements and addressing concerns that got it deleted in the first place (some of which were absurd). The was title meant to be experimental per the suggestion in the original deletion. That version is a bit older and much of the material has already been moved to the main space out of my sand box despite the assertions of the deleting editor that no policy arguments were raised (they were) and that it would never be compliant in main space (it was) as the justification for the deletion, as well as some non-existent time component. What remains of that material that was not moved out was the condensed draft in my sandbox that I am still improving and condensing. —Johnvr4 (talk) 14:01, 27 August 2017 (UTC)

Thanks. I've tried. They won't budge nor will they elaborate on their reasoning- which seems flawed. User_talk:Premeditated_Chaos#Deletion_of_userspace_material. Can an administrator simply look at edit summaries and diffs to verify moves to the main space, numerous edits to condense and improve, new sources etc. from the original deleted article? In an opinion on the original article deleted in 2013 the re-edited draft of which the nominating editor NOW says has to be deleted because is not worth keeping yet in that same breath he tells you the draft is unchanged from that 2013 article...: "Keep and Cleanup This article requires further cleanup, and focusing on the primary topic, as well as investigation of sources. There is also an enormous amount of useful material in the previous versions that deserves to be in a wide range of other CW, BW, and Vietnam War related articles."
