Spelling in Magnus effect edit

Hello. I noticed that you recently reverted a "spelling correction" (energise -> energize). I have seen a lot of this before (reversion of ise -> ize or vice versa) and often wondered about it; when I checked the policy, the most relevant section I could find was this. As a far more experienced editor than myself, I would be interested to know what your reason for this reversion was - after all, both "theorised" and "stabilizing" / "destabilizing" were already on the page, the latter four times in total. Furthermore, both American and Oxford English agree on the -ize spelling. I'm not trying to pick on this particular edit, but to work out some sort of general principle so that I can avoid falling into the trap of making similar mistakes myself, since the manual of style doesn't appear to set a precise standard.

I know it's hardly a major issue, but I was curious. Robin S (talk) 22:38, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Huggle User Category edit

Hi there. I have seen that you use huggle by the fact that you have automatically updated the huggle white list(it does this when closing huggle). I was wondering if you would add the category to your user page so that it fills out and we know who actually uses huggle. If you do not want to you do not have to. I am also sorry if i have already talked to you about this or you no longer use huggle but i sent it to everyone that has edited the page since mid January. I hope we can start to fill out this category. If you would like to reply to this message then please reply on my talk page as i will probably not check here again. Thanks. ·Add§hore· Talk/Cont 18:27, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Huggle Category Problem edit

Hi there. You are receiving this message from me as you have not added your huggle category correctly. At the moment on category here you can see that you are sorted under the letter U. To fix this please change the to . This will fix the problem. If you do not change this within a few days then i will do this for you but i would prefer to send you a message like this than just go and change your page. If you want to contact me then please use my talk page as i will not be checking back here. Thanks for your help. ·Add§hore· Talk/Cont 16:47, 6 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

It's ok. I took care of it. Enigma msg! 03:05, 7 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Upham edit

Hi there Waggers, I see you just changed "references/" to reflist. template:reflist says: "Use this template to create a reference list in an article with a small font. Note that there is no consensus that small font size should always be used for all references; when normal-sized font is more appropriate on an article, use references / instead." Personally I can barely read this tiny text without a magnifying glass - I'm sure I'm not alone! Pterre (talk) 16:42, 11 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

On 17 March, 2008, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Northam Bridge, which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

List of The Naked Brothers Band episodes edit

User: Waggers, I have a question. I want to add: the writer, director, producer, music producer/supervisor, and music composer for each episode. I tried --

!Writer...etc. in the appropriate spot, but it didn't pick it up. Can you explain to me how to do it?

Thanx! Please answer me back at my talk page -- AnnieTigerChucky (talk) 02:16, 23 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Ari Gold (singer-songwriter) edit

Hi, just to let you know that I've reduced the protection to semi on this article. Reviewing the edits it seems it wasn't a genuine content dispute - the IP was adding quite problematic content. The hat is obviously not a kippah and Chelsea-style may be a homphobic reference. The IP is from a range banned for problematic behaviour. Anyway, just wanted to notify you - hope you don't mind my altering the protection of the article. WjBscribe 05:28, 26 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

You need to block this user again edit

Back in February you blocked this user on an IP address for one month after it continued to make disrupted edits. You wouldn't be surprised to know that just over a month later he was back at it and has received 4 warnings so far. I think you need to take action by blocking this person indefinitely. I dont know what else you can do when it is registered to a school but something has to be done. This is a real pest, it maybe one person or it maybe more than one. What do you think needs to be done? I just wanted to help out and thought you'd like to know. Thanks Roadrunnerz45 (talk) 06:03, 27 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Senso Ryū Aikijūjutsu edit

I want it blanked I'm the author an I wish to blank the page plus the edits made by Nate are wrong he has put the sections with peoples ranks at the beginning of the article this is wrong so blank the damn page. He didn't work on it he only moved the work I pout into it around. So I have no rights as the author at all.

If you feel I have caused a problem with the organisation of the article then please change it, that was largely stylistic, however the removal of titles was not.--Nate1481(t/c) 21:58, 31 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
