You're the one who just broke WP:3RR. It's your burden to prove myself and the source wrong. Rusted AutoParts 20:09, 8 December 2016 (UTC)

Hola.

What would the purpose be in freezing the Creativity page from additional edits being made?107.77.164.79 (talk) 23:24, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

See talk on said page.107.77.164.79 (talk) 23:26, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

The page is not frozen. Any edits that add info must be supported by reliable sources. Any edits that delete info must have a valid reason stated for the removal. If you need help with that, ask and I will be happy to help you. It would be easier to communicate if you register an account. Rockypedia (talk) 23:32, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

IP edit on Riley Martin

That one wasn't me. Rusted AutoParts 14:31, 18 December 2016 (UTC)

Nor was the other one. Rusted AutoParts 14:32, 18 December 2016 (UTC)

I have elected to reach out to the Riley Martin official website, to see if they can provide the correct date. I know it's not a full fledged source, but their response (barring they do) could be used to bolster one of the sources should the 22nd be the DOD. Is this something that could work for you? Rusted AutoParts 06:58, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
I tried that months ago, several different avenues (facebook, twitter, etc). Did not get a response. The only person I got a response from in that search was a person at the NYDN who stated that they didn't know where the DOD they published had come from, and the article was written by an unpaid staffer that was no longer working there. Rockypedia (talk) 15:13, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
AlrightThe NYDN didn't know where they got the DOD. That's unreliable then. I'm starting to see your POV. I know I wasn't pleasant to correspond with, but I really wish you shared this months ago. Rusted AutoParts 17:55, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
Well, personal correspondence with a source isn't really admissible as a source here, for obvious reasons. But you're right, that correspondence definitely made me even more skeptical of that DOD. Unfortunately, Riley Martin was never at the level of celebrity that would make news sources care very much what date he died. It's debatable whether he was even notable enough to merit his own page, although I suspect he would probably pass a deletion discussion, based on his status as an author, radio host, and alleged "alien contactee."Rockypedia (talk) 18:03, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

Bedford Township Notables

While maybe not widespread-public notable, I would content that both Jeff Meyers Jr. and Brian Rood are notable within their areas of work. Meyers, at a young age won an ARCA championship[1], plus rookie of the year[2].

In addition, Brian Rood is a well-recognized Star Wars illustrator.[3] I would appreciate if you took a few minutes to check and let me know your thoughts. Thank you.Miked918 (talk) 22:26, 18 December 2016 (UTC)

I was just going by the rule-of-thumb that if a person isn't notable enough to have a Wikipedia article, then they don't reach the level required to add them to the article page of their birthplace. There's a good reason for this, as otherwise every town and city page would be littered with non-notable people.
Having said that, it appears that one or both of those people may be notable enough to have their own article. Why not write them? I can help you if you wish. I'm no expert editor but I've written a handful of articles. Once you have those articles written, add them back to the Bedford page. Rockypedia (talk) 06:18, 19 December 2016 (UTC)
A belated thanks, Rockypedia for the offer. It'll be a good exercise and one I hope to get to soonish. --Miked918 (talk) 14:22, 25 January 2017 (UTC)

Richard B. Spencer

Can I make a suggestion that you strike this comment and !vote yourself? I suspect that your !vote would end up the same as that editor's, even if your reasoning might be completely different. Momentum seems to be swinging our way, so the timing would be good. If I'm mistaken then never mind. :-) --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 16:51, 15 February 2017 (UTC)

I guess I'll vote, although the outcome appears certain. For the record, I don't believe in an "our" way vs "their" way; but I do think it's clear in this case what reliable sources state. Rockypedia (talk) 18:25, 15 February 2017 (UTC)
Fair enough. "Our way" wasn't the best phrasing. A better way of putting it is that we should all want consensus, and consensus is often built on diverse perspectives that diverge in reasoning and outlook but share the same ultimate position. --Dr. Fleischman (talk) 18:29, 15 February 2017 (UTC)

Liberty U notable people.

Talk requested on Richard Spencer

I am contacting you in regards to the article, Cuckservative. There were a number of recent edits/reverts regarding whether or not Richard Spencer should be listed as either a Nationalist, Supremacist, or Identity Activist.

Please take a moment to review the talk section I have generated here and provide whatever information you wish to convey on the matter. Thanks. Sawta (talk) 17:42, 24 February 2017 (UTC)

Not POV

Alt-Right is listed as a part of the conservative moment, and should be included. Non-mainstream forms of conservatism are listed as well, and should be included. If you have any other questions, ask me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AnimalLover182882 (talkcontribs) 02:31, 26 February 2017 (UTC)

You'll have to be more specific. What edit are you referring to? Rockypedia (talk) 12:58, 26 February 2017 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Slap Shot (film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dave Hanson. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Concerns about the "Notability" for Fon Sananthachat Article

Good day. I appreciate your efforts for your inputs but I stand firm by the inclusion of her notability as Dao in Hormones: The Series

If you have done research regarding this actress, you probably should know better that she is well-known for her role "Dao". "Notable" is just the word we are looking for. It is NOT, in any way, subjective or opinion-based. It is objective and factual.

If you do not like the word "notable" to be used just because you do not like it personally (as per your User Page), then that is what we call subjective and opinion-based entry. It seems like you just go about editing articles and I presume you know little about this actress hence, the resistance in using the word. I suggest you do your research before doing such things to avoid conflicts. Thanks.

EDIT: I changing "notable" into "well-known" if that would finally satisfy you. Tacocat53620 (talk) 07:29, 31 March 2017 (UTC)

"Notable" and "well-known" are opinion; if you have WP:RS that state the same, then the words are fine, but if not, it's just WP:OR, and is not allowed on Wikipedia. Please see your talk page for more on this. Rockypedia (talk) 13:09, 31 March 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for the advice

Hi. Thanks for the advice.

Currently we have a page for the project - http://deep-dive-systems.com/the-floating-piers-lago-diseo/ Everything is described there.

We also have a couple if interviews (like: http://www.interview.to/%D0%B1%D0%B3/%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%85%D0%B8%D0%B2/2017/march/%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B0-%D0%B8-%D1%80%D0%BE%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%BD/) but they are all in Bulgarian. So they are not a suitable choice for the English version of Wikipedia.

Our work is being mentiond in very few places (like: http://www.widewalls.ch/the-floating-piers-christo-jeanne-claude/), but I don't see how that is a more reliable source than our website itself? — Preceding unsigned comment added by LB-IdeaMAX (talkcontribs) 14:15, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
