I doubt anyone will. There is an exception to the 3rr rule for reverting vandalism, while people often get in trouble for taking an overly broad definition of what constitutes vandalism, imo what was a pretty clear case. Monty₈₄₅ 01:59, 29 December 2015 (UTC)

Hello! :) They're continuing their tyranny on their talk page. I restored the shared IP notice since they're not allowed to remove that. However, based on that and the fact that they vow to continue their disruption when the block expires, I'm wondering if an increased block duration is needed as well as possibly revoking their talk page access. Technically its a violation of the rules for him to be removing it, but particularly as I'm the blocking admin, I don't want to remove the primary way for him to appeal the block (via unblock template) over something relatively petty.
