up to you
you didnt want to have a conversation about edit counts - a very small problem with oz government railways - they were never companies in the 19th or twentieth centuries - they were government authorities or departments in all states i oz - it wasnt till later 20th century and into 21st that they were changed into what might now resemble companies - not sure if you want to have a conversation about this (establishments seems much more sensible than company) - if you dont want to - I am not fussed, but have stated the issue at least - cheers JarrahTree 11:45, 25 June 2020 (UTC)
- To be honest the issue is annoying as there inadequate categories to actually categorise a range of governmental authorities and instrumentalities - or even have adequate projects to fit' - a long standing problem JarrahTree 11:55, 25 June 2020 (UTC)
I understand the preference - the big problem is no one has bothered to identify the specific change from government department/entities into companies - if someone had determined that with solid sourcing and clarification in the relevant articles - then there would be the appropriate distinction of the changes in form of governance - and a subsequent sub category could be incorporated - until then I have no problem what you do - but thanks for replying anyways - cheers JarrahTree 12:54, 25 June 2020 (UTC)

Wedgwood and similar
You should be careful with very old "Companies founded in..." categories. Before the Joint Stock Companies Act 1844 setting up a company required an individual act of Parliament or Royal Charter, and very few indeed were set up. Wedgwood was a series of partnerships until well into the 19th century, like almost all other British businesses. Johnbod (talk) 02:57, 21 June 2020 (UTC)

Re the empty "Transport" (sic) categories by decade, someone else is reorganizating the Railway and Transport company categories by year to be via Railway and Transport company categories by decade rather than being directly in the Railway and Transport company categories by century, so I suggest you wait for the reorganization to be completed. "North Macedonian" companies
