Confetti Tour

edit

Thanks for splitting off the Confetti tour from the Confetti album page! I saw that the article is currently unmarked in the New Pages Feed, meaning it's not been reviewed, and could be deleted if it's a case of it being too soon. If so I recommend trying again after the tour. I saw you've been doing some other music artist edits too, so feel free to check out WikiProject Music too if you're interested. -- ☽☆ NotCharizard (talk) 10:17, 6 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Meghan Trainor

edit

Hi. For albums to have an article on Wikipedia, they have to meet certain notability requirements described at WP:NALBUMS. Trainor's upcoming album does not have a title, release date, or any mention in WP:secondary WP:reliable sources. We're all very excited but please halt the creation of any more articles on this topic at this time.--NØ 09:08, 12 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Upcoming Meghan Trainor Album

edit

The article Upcoming Meghan Trainor Album has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Seriously, we're still doing this WP:HAMMER-violating BS in 2022?

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi, can you be more careful in your edits like this one. You have removed information such as her Senate term and even have typos in the infobox. Marcnut1996 (talk) 06:20, 24 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

"MT4"

edit

GeorgiaPowell15, you can NOT copy-paste articles authored by other users as your own. Albums without a title, release date, track list do not need or deserve articles. PLEASE do not create another one of these or you may end up earning a block or other similar editing restrictions. Meghan Trainor is a featured article, which means it is recognised as one of the best articles on Wikipedia. So everything that goes in there needs to be covered by reliable sources and comply with WP:DUE. Trainor's yet-untitled, yet unreleased, album with no mention in reliable sources does not. PLEASE refrain from engaging in further disruptive behaviour. This will be the last warning.--NØ 12:16, 18 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

hey i am understand your mad at me crying this but trainor herself has said mulptie times that her album will be released and also there are bunch of artices talking about - heorgua

It was a copy of Bad for Me (Meghan Trainor song)#Background without attribution. Copy and paste like that is a violation of copyright. It's easy to avoid by adding the material and saying where you got it from. Like I did here. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 06:43, 19 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm MaranoFan. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Meghan Trainor, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. NØ 06:22, 25 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, you may be blocked from editing. DrKay (talk) 07:27, 1 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to LBGT. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 23:57, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Langwarrin railway station. (CC) Tbhotch 23:58, 13 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Self-closed tags

edit

Recently you have edited at least two articles and introduced self-closed tags, specifically <small/>. A self-closed tag is a tag that opens and closes all at once. A few tags are permitted as self-closed, such as <ref name="blah" /> or <nowiki />. The <small> tag is not permitted to be self-closed. Instead, use <small> and close it with </small>. Articles affected by this issue include Natalie Hutchins and Ben Carroll. I removed the self-closed <small/> from these articles. It would be great if you would avoid introducing this error. Cheers! —Anomalocaris (talk) 09:57, 4 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hexanitia06: This applies to you as well; you have repeatedly installed self-closed <small/> tags in User:GeorgiaPowell15/sandbox, and I have repeatedly taken them out. —Anomalocaris (talk) 09:48, 6 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Tim Pallas, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Andrews ministry. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:05, 5 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of User:GeorgiaPowell15/sandbox

edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:GeorgiaPowell15/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
