Um why does it say my block will not expire

Every time you create a sockpuppet or edit logged out, it resets the 6 month clock and makes it more unlikely that you will ever get unblocked. Liz ^{Read! Talk!} 18:34, 14 July 2023 (UTC)

You need to stop making sockpuppet accounts. You need to go six months with zero edits. Then you need to apply under WP:SO. So far, you have clearly demonstrated you are unwilling to do this so you aren't eligible for unblock consideration.
