If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:

I really want to know when this dispute will get taken off of my blocked account, please. I am apologizing in advance for my mistakes in the past and really want you guys to forgive me as I learned from my mistakes and will not produce those actions ever again, I promise. Request reason:
The problem was that I had a plan to create a page about my YouTube channel, which has the same letters as my Wikipedia username but case sensitive. I noticed whilst publishing my page to Wikipedia that I got a block on my user page saying I was blocked and violated the advertising and spam qualities of the rules on Wikipedia of what to and what not to post. I sincerely apologize for my mistake and this is my last shot to make things right by contributing correctly instead of my mistakes or advertising and spam. Hey OhNoitsJamie, I've requested to change my username to AlPup399 instead. I explicitly agree that I will not write at all about my YouTube channel nor any information about myself as I realize this is not what Wikipedia was created for. - I would like to go for any TV or radio stations and correct any data that may be wrong or that was outdated and I can go to fix the data using actual sources from the internet. For example, a local station nearby in Chambersburg, PA under the callsign WZCS-LD has had some recent subchannel swaps and I wouldn't mind, being that I'm a local citizen and all, to help contribute in this correct way and other similar ways. Request reason:
To any admin in which this concerns, I have been wondering if I could be unblocked and get permissions to edit on this website again. I give apologies for what I've done in my past which was advertisement of similar nature, as I promise not to do it again. I also would like to change my username to AlPup399 as well as share the specific edits that I'd share on here instead. I would like to contribute to any TV and radio articles, specifically the article WZCS-LD. I have noticed lately that the article is outdated and would like to update it as a couple subchannels have changed as well as its technical information. I hope for the best you take my message to heart and understand my mistake as I've tried to contact administrators on this website and haven't earned much luck of getting unblocked, so thank you nd have a nice day. To address a minor issue, "AlPup399" is not an acceptable username. Your new username cannot contain any variation of "AlPup". Please pick a different new username. However, I am declining this request because I do not think you have demonstrated sufficient competence to edit Wikipedia. You were told Only one open request is needed at a time
, and yet you failed to follow that very simple instruction. If you can't follow that simple instruction, how do we know that you can follow the other rules on Wikipedia? If you think that threats of personal attacks are acceptable, what else will you try to do to win a dispute? Nor should it take seven appeals to get an acceptable answer to the basic question of what you want to do when you are unblocked. Please wait six months without editing Wikipedia at all before requesting an unblock (and remember to request a new username).
