Collections of cladograms and other resources edit
Eukaryota (Silar-2016) edit
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Eukaryota (Silar-2016). A comprehensive classification of Eukaryotes. This has a number of general overview trees and detailed trees that can be of use in the articles on Eukaryotes. None used so far.
Placentalia (Halliday-2017) edit
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Placentalia (Halliday-2015). This is the most comprehensive cladistic analysis of placental mammals and near relatives that I have seem. It has been constrained by the major novel findings of the molecular analyses so is consistent with the newer supraordinal structures that have become widely accepted. The traditional extinct groups are increasingly seen as polyphyletic and version of these cladograms can be used to illustrate the articles on these groups. I have in mind the condylarths, mesonychids and cimolesta, and their subgroupings.
Ferae edit
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Ferae. A collection of cladograms dealing with Carnivoramorpha and extinct Carnivora.
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Creodonta Proviverrinae(Sole et al (2014).
Caniformia edit
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Caniformia. A collection of the most extensive and up to date phylogenies of caniform carnivores, either new or extensions of cladograms from existing articles. Cladograms have been added to or modified in the following articles:
Feliformia edit
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Feliformia. A collection of the most extensive and up to date phylogenies of feliform carnivores. Articles modified include:
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Felidae. A collection of cladograms dealing with Felidae. Modifications of the felidae cladogram to include extinct forms, plus cladograms on extinct cats. Articles modified include:
- User:Jts1882/Cataloguing cats. A history of the taxonomy of cats. Resources and preliminary text.
Birds edit
- Cladograms based on Boyd's Taxonomy in Flux orders and families.
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Birds (non-passerine orders and families)
- User:Jts1882/phylogeny/Passerines (passerine orders and families)
