Think Sierra had something to do with this game. It is appallingly supported by both Sierra's and VU Games' search engines. Apexprim8 21:29, 14 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Could people please stop copying parts of the article page into the talk page? I've deleted a large chunk of this page since it was nothing but the article shoved in here. Crimson Shadow 14:15, 25 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Critical Reception? edit

I have this game and it totally sucked.

Really? I loved this game! I was bummed when it stopped working with Windows XP, but I was grateful when I found this page and it showed me how to correct the problem! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.105.7.123 (talk) 03:20, 10 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

More details? edit

I think the details on the game is very vague. There aren't a lot on the net about it, and the manual isn't all too great either. Maybe some more details about the game would be a good idea -- stuff like how the XP system works, or what the spell leve limts are and other such things. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by FrederikHertzum (talkcontribs) 23:09, 10 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Throne of Darkness edit

Trivia The "Seven Samurai" in the game were based from Akira Kurosawa's Japanese film, Seven Samurai.

Despite that several weapons such of the characters are look different in the character's Inventory, they're still in same appearance in the actual game play. Such as the Brick samurai, the appearance of his handed polearm was not a polearm but a Tetsu-Bo. Despite he use other polearms (such as yari and nagita)other than Tetsu-Bo, it still appear as Tetsu-Bo in the actual gameplay of the Brick samurai.

Despite there's a wizard playable character, the game reveals no magical weapons such as magical stuff.

It was noted the Wizard the samurai is the most difficult character to control due to his lower character points (such as his strength and dexterity) at the start of the game.

The Dark Warlord in the game is similar resemblance to Diablo.

The Brick and Berserker are seem to be an exact similar characters on each other due to both of them can wield 1-2 swords and a polearm and both of them have Fear spell. Berserker have Fear spell as his start of the game while Brick have Fear spell as his last fire spell to be obtain/discover.

The Ninja and Archer are also seem to be an exact similar characters on each other due to both of them can wield a single sword, bows and arrows, and throwing weapons. The Archer is better in bows while Ninja is skilled in throwing weapons.

Despite it is a magical strategy role playing game, the game reveals no selling items, not even some popular objects such scroll of portals.
