Mexico

I was just trying to add Portal:Mexico to the geography section but I must have altered the formatting or something because it wasn't coming out right. Maybe someone could help me out?--Rockero420 23:01, 6 February 2006 (UTC)

I've added it for you. Please adjust the creation date and maintainers as appropriate. I suspect the problem you encountered was when you edited the section and found Preview was mucked up. Because the section is within a table, the rendering engine doesn't see the full table when you do the preview, so it can't render correctly. This is only a preview problem, because when you save the section the whole page is re-rendered.-gadfium 02:15, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

Star Trek portal

I was trying to add the Star Trek portal, but also couldn't get the code right for some reason. I was going to place it under "Television" because Star Trek started out on TV.

Formatting

Zoroastrianism

Does the formatting on this page reflect a hierarchy of topics? Zoroastrianism should not belong or be a sub-category to Spirituality. It stands alone as a religion. Can I go ahead and change it? Shabdiz 09:59, 25 December 2006 (UTC)

The TOC and section structure here matches Portal:List of portals. Indentations relate to items under the heading as a whole. Thus, Christianity is the only portal in it's section with subportals. Rfrisbie^talk 13:33, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

Two very vexing problems

Why are there two sets of the same directory on the project page - one more complete and on the top, the other in bigger type face and at the bottom? If the bottom one is kept for archival values, please, someone move it an archive.

The other problem is an inclusion of non-existing and deleted (perhaps) portals in the list. the Czech Republic portal may be a perfect example. Can't someone just remove them? Aditya^{(talk • contribs)} 12:55, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Art & culture

The Art & culture section is not alphabetized correctly, but I'll let someone else handle this. It starts off A, B, C, then goes A, C, again... The entries need to be moved around to address this, and this might be an issue elsewhere as well. Cirt (talk) 03:07, 4 January 2008 (UTC).
