Changing Cher's leading picture...
editHi, I would like to request a change in Cher's leading picture as it is a bit unflattering. I am highly aware of much more flattering pictures of her (she's been around for 50 years so there are many pictures to choose from). No rush It has just been bothering me. - This is best taken up on the Cher article's talk page. Also, keep in mind, that while there may be many really nice Cher pictures floating around, that doesn't mean we can necessarily use them here. And I agree, that's not a very good picture at all. Actually, if it really bothers you, and you're an enterprising sort, you might even attempt to contact Cher or her publicist for a nice picture. Just go through the image use policy I linked to above and make sure you do what's necessary to make the image usable on Wikipedia. If you're successful, you and Cher will get a nice picture and you'll learn a few things about Wikipedia's rather annoying (though necessary) image policies. Good luck. – JBarta (talk) 01:09, 19 March 2012 (UTC)
Edit request relating to photoshopped image
editCan someone take a look at Talk:Thomas Edison#Edit request on 6 July 2012 relating to File:Ford Edison Firestone1.jpg? They are saying that the image is obviously photoshopped and I thought I'd bring it to the attention of someone who knows what they are doing. Ryan Vesey Review me! 16:18, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
