How can I get a copy of a paper that does not appear to be available anywhere online?

I am looking for LeMessurier and Hills. (1965) Decompression Sickness. A thermodynamic approach arising from a study on Torres Strait diving techniques. Hvalradets Skrifter, Nr. 48, 54–84. I cannot find it on the internet and none of my academic contacts have been able to get it through their university libraries. I live outside of Cape Town in South Africa and have no access to major libraries. I need the paper both to verify existing article content and to write an article on the content of the paper, which is a major landmark in its field. @Tolanor: It's possible to print out the microfiche image and then scan it on a normal scanner for sure. I think the machines at my library can also email them to you. But I have a tale of absurdity to tell on this one. My university's library has the entire Newsweek collection on microcard, not microfiche, even though it's catalogued as microfiche. The best part is that we don't appear to own a microcard reader. I held the damn thing in my hand and it was of exactly no use to anyone. I'm going to call on Monday when the person in charge of the microfiche collection is in and see if they have any means of reading the thing. Clicking on the number takes one to Worldcat. If one then enters one's location and clicks "Find libraries" it will list libraries that hold the book. They marked the request done the following week, implying that they replied with the article to whatever email address you have set up in preferences > user profile. If anyone has access to The Globe and Mail from before November 1977? The years of 1970–1977 are of particular interest to me. This might take the form of microform, unfortunately, and I don't have an exact date/article I'm looking for. I'm interested in finding any/all information on Marv Allemang while he was at Acadia University (dates are likely 1971–74, but uncertain on this) and playing for the Ottawa Rough Riders (1975–76). Regional papers from Nova Scotia, such as The Chronicle Herald, might also be helpful for the Acadia stuff, as might Ottawa Citizen for the Rough Riders. Dear friends from the en-WP, is this Google Book available in full view and downloadable in the United States? In Germany, this is not the case. The book was published in 1912, and the author Paul Hambruch died in 1933. Therefore the copyright has expired not only in the United States, but also in most European countries, and perhaps Worldwide. So he may have two distinct records there, one with just the birth date and another with both. Anyhow, they've replied that the correction is in their work queue; they'll get to it eventually. Would anyone be able to liberate a PDF of Colonel Sir Robert Sandeman: his life and work on our Indian frontier. A memoir, with selections from his correspondence and official writings. It's in the public domain in the UK (life+75 years - author died in 1919) and in the US, but Hathi Trust is being rather conservative. You'll need a university library login, I think. And then to me by skype or dropbox or suchlike. Looking for sources on nominations for award-type

I am currently working on the Tejano Music Award for Female Vocalist of the Year and have found it rather difficult to locate who was nominated for certain years (1981-1984, 1986-1994, 1997, 1999, and 2006). Currently, these sources can be found on the VHS tapes that can be rented in Texas libaries, and were once available through Google's newspaper archive project before it was shut down in 2011. Possible newspapers to have the information could be the San Antonio Express-News (where the awards are annually held) and the Corpus Christi Caller Times. Currently Diane Abbott contains an unsourced quote attributed to Marc Wadsworth; on searching it only turns up in comments sections of local press.
