"A" Class edit
This is an odd transient classification. It basically tells the group of "Peer-Reviewers" for Idaho to get together on promoting the article to either GA (Good Article) or FA (Featured Article) status.

Importance edit
Importance should be from the height of the State of Idaho. Meaning how important is it to the ENTIRE State.

Idaho would not exist without this article. (See Idaho). Generally, things that might fall in the 90-95% ranking.
- People (recognized internationally)
- Biggest cities (top 5), Top 5 Counties
- Biggest Landmarks ( top 10)
- Politics: Top State positions, Party Pages, Most recent Election (maybe previous if just occurred)
- Biggest Colleges/Universities (Top 5) - Example; BSU, but not BSU Football (High)
- Snake River
- Nationally recognized {Noun} - Sports Team,
- National Forests (State forests are High)
- International Businesses
- Boise Airport
- Flag and seal of Idaho
High edit
- On going Lists: List of governors of Idaho
- People (recognized Nationally)
- Politics: State Legislature (State Senators and Representatives); National Elections within 20 yrs. State elections within 10yrs.
- County Leaders
- Anything that just missed a limit for Top (but above 75%);
- Cities/counties 5-10 (top 25%)
- Any "Yearly" article within the last decade or so.
- State based Sports teams (that HAVE gone to a National Tournament/Bowl).
- State Forests, Highways
- US Only businesses
Mid edit
Article topic would need to be recognized by 50% of the residents. "Most" people would know about this or be affected by it.

- Politics: Ex-National (State Senators and Representatives); National Elections within 10 elections. State elections within 20.
- State based Sports teams (that have NOT gone to a National Tournament/Bowl).
- IDaho Only businesses; no real presence outside the state

Basically, everything else. BUT MUST still be WP:NOTABLE.
- People: (born, living or died) in Idaho.
- Politics: "Ran" for office, but did not win. Criminals in Idaho, etc.
- Place: "IN" Idaho, not just referencing Idaho.
- Things: Made in Idaho, not just bought/sold here.

- Idaho Potato - See, it links to Potato (And Idaho is not even ON that article's Talk Page); as Idaho potatoes are not an actual "thing". Besides, the top crop is actually Onions
