For the Diamond Dave Whitaker page draft: I'm not sure why all of the information I'm trying to include in my info box is not showing up.

@Iwallace53: I've tweaked the {{Infobox person}} template in this edit so that it should show all the parameters you want. Make sure you also find and add some references to your draft so as to demonstrate that the subject meets Wikipedia's biographical inclusion criteria. Good references to add are those from reliable sources (like newspapers, for example) that are independent of the subject and that offer significant coverage of the person. "This submission is not suitable for Wikipedia. Please read 'What Wikipedia is not' for more information." I just don't understand why my article is not approved. Could you please specify more detail about it so that I can improve my article. Please check my sandbox which name is 'Green Mango with Sweet Fish sauce'. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you.

First, Wikipedia is not a how-to guide or a cookbook, so we need actual in-depth third-party sources such as news and not simply something publishing how to cook or make this, which is what the current sources are. SwisterTwister talk
I have a general comment. I would ask that reviewers who use the decline code of 'What Wikipedia is not' should specifically indicate which of the various things that Wikipedia is not is the basis for a decline. As a reviewer, if a draft was declined for 'not' and is resubmitted, I would like to know what issue the declining reviewer identified, and I am sure that the author would also like to know how to improve the draft. In this case, I would suggest adding sources as to the notability of the dish (as opposed to how to prepare it), such as that it is commonly served in a particular region of Thailand, or what chefs are known for the varieties of it. There are lots of articles about Dr. Michael Danielov online in Newspapers and magazine but concerned you would class them as commercial so I have not listed any of them in the page until you give me approval to do so.

Hello, Christopher. Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia. My apologies for the delay in response. It seems that you are asking about Draft:Michael Danielov. If so, then you do not need advance permission to include references in your draft. The next reviewer who looks at it will assess the quality of the references that you add and will let you know what they think. Before posting here, I took a look at your draft. I found that I agree with the reviewer's assessment that you have not demonstrated that the subject meets Wikipedia's notion of "notability". References from reliable third-party sources will be essential in doing that. I also note that your draft suffers serious drafting problems. Most noticeable were the many "external links" that appear inside the article (external links are links that take the reader outside of Wikipedia). These links should appear either as references or in a separate "External links" section at the end of the article. Hi - I have recently completed a new page on artist Leila Locke https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leila_Locke I physically have a portrait photograph of her I would like to scan and add to this page, but I have no information about who took the photo, so cannot get permission from them. The photo was taken mid-late 1980's in Guyana, South America. I will be able to get a consent form to use the image from Leila Locke's heirs ( all her 3 children). Is there a way I can use this photo?

You need to obtain permission from the owner of the copyright, who is probably the photographer (and must be assumed to be the photographer if there is no evidence to the contrary). If you can't find the photographer, you won't be able to do that.
But if the subject is dead, and no better photograph is available, you should be able to make a "fair use" claim, and upload a low-resolution version to English Wikipedia (not to Wikimedia Commons, they don't accept fair use content). Maproom (talk) 10:09, 6 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
