Start-class articles? Gabriel Yuji (talk) 02:54, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't say so. They need to have at least the shell of a complete article to be one. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 05:41, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I went back and assessed them as start after some thought. Sorry about that, usually I assess for C's and B's. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 08:23, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
B DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:09, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Just having English releases from notable companies is good enough for a mid. Funimation is a good benchmark. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 04:27, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Aya Hirano - I have sourced most of the remaining unsourced statements. Is it ready for C-class? Also, Hirano is one of the most popular voice actresses (at least during her peak) and was also very influential, so is she Mid-importance? My plan is to work on the article until it is ready for B class. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 13:40, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Assessed as C-Class by Dragon Zero (April 25, 2013) - Knowledgekid87 (talk) 16:16, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • B.O.D.Y. (manga) - the C-class criteria hasn't been filled in. There are 2 dead English language reviews (with no available web archive) - should those be removed? In order to meet criteria B2, do the French reviews have to be used? As with Kare, can the reviewer peer assess the article and put the comments on the talk page? Can't review my own article—is the rule I think. Any tips on improvement would be welcome, however this is all the information that currently exists. —KirtZMessage 14:17, 14 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like it's been AFDed so I won't need to complete this. It'd be Stub though. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 05:35, 15 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Assessed. Some points could be rewritten to improve concision and to remove slang. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 02:00, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C rank. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 18:41, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not so sure about this. I'd still rate it mid importance unless products are still being released in 2014. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 02:00, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Assessed. Picture too big and needs to be less inuniverse with its intro plot. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 02:00, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Separately source the episodes instead of using a general ref. General reference is an outdated style and from what I saw, only covers the first set of episodes. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 23:44, 22 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 06:40, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Both are smalls articles but I expanded them as much as I could. A feedback like DragonZero did on the articles talk page will be apreciated. Gabriel Yuji (talk) 04:13, 13 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Mami Kawada - It's been quite a while since the last time I asked for a reassessment for this article. Much of what I can cite with the current content is already cited, plus there's a lot of info, so it that just good enough for C-class? If possible, please assess it for WikiProject Japan as well, since their assessment page is fairly inactive and assessments can take months in between. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 12:47, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C rank. You can make them adopt one of the assessments instead to having to reassess for multiple projects. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 18:41, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the assessment. Just wondering why the article at present doesn't pass B1 or B5. There were a few parts that weren't sourced though, but I sourced them now. Also, I've replaced the unreliable blog with her website's discography page in one of the references. Finally, free images of her are pretty much non-existent, so what can be done so that the article will pass B5? Finally, what else needs to be done for the article to pass the B-class criteria? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 16:15, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
B1 because there are places which are unsourced. If a segment shares the same source, source the first sentence then the last sentence of that segment. B5 may be impossible to obtain then but the improbability of finding the picture may allow it to pass GA regardless. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 22:20, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C classed everything. What I found from those articles were that the characters section aren't really encyclopedic and contain a lot of fan information about the character's behavior and personality. Usually, only the impact the character has on the story is notable. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 08:03, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C. Micro-organisms is structured weirdly. No references for voice actors? DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:31, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Referenced voice actors, removed weird microbe table. B class now? Extremepro (talk) 09:52, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I passed it for reference. What I meant about structure was... does every microb need to be listed? I'm not too confident about my rating here though. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:14, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
So if I only list the microbe Aspergillus oryzae (the only microbe that appears throughout the series), it can pass B-class criteria? Extremepro (talk) 08:36, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 08:39, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I made those reference changes you suggested. KirtZMessage 11:39, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

C class assuming it includes most information in existence. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 05:02, 9 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This was brought up before, I forgot what the consensus was. I changed it to high, seeing as it is past the 20 year benchmark and is still getting reception in North America. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 04:27, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
B rank.

A North American release is a good indication. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 12:11, 12 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
For both, enough for B class with room for improvement. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 22:51, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Shōnen manga - I've been working on this article quite a bit from last November (along with help from others), and I hope the contributions made have helped to bring this article up above the Start class. Especially seeing it's such a high-importance article. JaykeBird (talk) 07:48, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C class with ? for supporting material. Not sure if Shonen would have a suitable image. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 22:51, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Assessed as C-Class by user:Gabriel Yuji on 30 May 2013.[1].
I will pass this as B-Class if reception includes all current info (please confirm). G.A.Stalk 14:23, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yup, that's all the information in current existence. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 18:13, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think it is still a C class really but its on its way! The article has now passed B1 and B3 and I was almost going to give it a B-Class completely. Rainbow Shifter (talk) 19:00, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:09, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
C. B1, make sure refs are cover important parts and are not obviously unreliable. B2, Decent coverage in all areas if it exists. B3, Non-inuniverse structure, Instant fail if terminology is there. B4, understandable English. B5 Infoboxes and picture, excluding episode lists which do not require images. B6, make sure article can be understood from non-expert view. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 04:27, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please detail what particular things should be fixed up for each on the related talk page. They are definitely past Start/Stub. Thanks. -AngusWOOF (talk) 00:08, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Assessed. Consider adopting a new character list structure that doesn't use indentation or the anime voice template. They might not be the best but see if Rozen Maiden or The Breaker (manhwa) gives you ideas. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:39, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Assessed them all as B. The parts that lack sourcing are the voice actors which can be easily referenced with DVD credits. Have you considered assessing them yourself if you're not a heavy contributor to the article? Well, if you're feeling lazy, you can just change the rank and I'll take a look at Category:Anime and manga articles with incomplete B-Class checklists DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:11, 10 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't assess bio's often but it looks like a B to me. I suppose a free image will be difficult to find. DragonZero (Talk · Contribs) 07:14, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
