Template is of dubious value to Wikipedia, has poor documentation, violates user expectations on how templates are supposed to work, causes lint errors, was improperly thrust into Wikipedia without careful consideration of how it should work, or even if there is a need for it, or how colors should be chosen; and despite reminder, author has ignored for 69 days a discussion on talk page detailing problems with it. —Anomalocaris (talk) 23:20, 5 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete for the reasons detailed above and on the talk page. This template has never achieved what it set out to achieve in an error-free, accessible manner. Parliamentary 2005 is unused as the article uses a different table. The 2010 and 2015 templates are used on the wrong pages and qualify for deletion as those 2010 and 2015 election articles use a different table. The 2011 template should be substituted onto the 2011–12 Egyptian parliamentary election article since it's single-use. The 2005 presidential template is used on the wrong article, but redundant as on the 2005 election article a different table is used.

I think by-elections to a national parliament would generally be considered notable, so I'd support creating an article. Particularly as this by-election involved one of Trinidad's most (in)famous people. Number 57 11:01, 8 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
