capital cup national undergraduate mooting tournament

This event is completely non-profit and is notable because it is among the first of its kind in Canada since it's not for professional law students. The article isn't "advertising" anything... it's informative and is meant as a reference point for people interested in mooting in general. It has also been reviewed by two other users who've helped with adding links etc. to make it fit Wikipedia's standards. -EricOntario (talk) 08:12, 12 November 2011 (UTC)

The author of this article has clearly a conflict of interest in this, seeing his personal attack on User talk:Night of the Big Wind#Capital Cup Speedy Deletion [redacted link to linkedin page]. Secondly, the tournament had only one edition yet. Thirdly, the tournament has only 68 hits on internet (was 107), including fora, the own website, facebook, linkedin and twitter. And 0 (zero) hits on Google News. Completely not notable and worth the speedy deletion for being an advertisement. Night of the Big Wind talk 09:14, 12 November 2011 (UTC)

Category:English Roman Catholic Religious Sisters

This was deleted after some discussion, but it followed a discussion which focused only on the English, of which so far there was only one entry. Fracture (fanzine)

This article was deleted with the reason "It's an old article, but is the subject notable?". It is listed in the article titled 'Punk zine' amongst other notable punk fanzines of the past 30 years. Brent Ashley

Subject is now notable as he is currently playing bass for Orgy, Static-X and Wayne Static's solo project band (see 'Pighammer'. He also played bass on several Murderdolls albums. He is already listed in the personnel section for several of these bands (including the Murderdolls, where he is in the album credits).

Suggesting that the article be created as a stub as he is/was part of several notable bands. -75.70.221.14 (talk) 23:51, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

Buffy articles for userfication

I would like to request that content which I worked a lot on, which has since been deleted for reasons mainly of notability is userfied with full links to historical edits to my talk page. I hope to use some of the most notable and useful material from within these old articles for trans-wiking to the Buffy wikia.

Pages are not accessible, but likely are to administrators?:

Also there are now redirects at some articles that were previously much bigger article but the history is not accessible to me, could these also be userfied with original content no longer seen in the 'history'?

Please let me know if this is possible? I can be reached at my talk page Paxomen (talk) 04:03, 19 November 2011 (UTC)

Guess that can be done. You know how to move the stuff correctly over there, do you? --Tikiwont (talk) 21:20, 21 November 2011 (UTC)
Done All userfied, including a few redirects. Please let me knwo once they can be delted agian or mark them with {{db-user}}. --Tikiwont (talk) 10:40, 22 November 2011 (UTC)

I recently found that the National Agents Alliance Wiki page had been removed and wanted to follow up to see why this happened. I have included a number of third-party links below in an effort to show why the page should not have been removed. If there are any other edits that need to be made in order to allow this page to be reinstated, please let me know. We wanted to provide factual content that was not one-sided and if we need to do a better job of this, please help us do so. Many of the links provided are from trusted news sources that should only add credibility to the content provided about National Agents Alliance. We want to make every effort to follow the guidelines set by Wikipedia. -Gbrunick (talk) 19:57, 22 November 2011 (UTC)

Rabih Najjar

the article Rabih Najjar is a biography of a living person which the creator didn't provide a good reliable source. And following the Wikipedia rule established on April 3, 2010, a proposed deletion process for unsourced biographies was established, requiring all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010 to have at least one reliable source that supports at least one statement about the subject. the article was nominated to deletion, but we football leb have worked very hard and were able to provide the article with the sources needed, still the article was deleted. and since we asked the admin who deleted the article to recheck the progress of the article from day one and to reconsider his decision and we didn't get a reply for him yet,we decided to request for an undeletion here. please note that: first the article was nominated for deletion based on :Declined Prod. Prod reason was "Per WP:NFOOTY never played on a team recognized as in a fully professional league..., later on, after investigating the nominator admitted on his talk page that the "Lebanese premier league" is a fully professional league so he removed the prod. so after proving that the Lebanese premier league is a fully professional league(and now Lebanon is playing in the qualifications for the world cup) and after adding all the sources needed to support our statement on this biography, the article was deleted. please if there is anyone who could discuss this matter with us, we would be more than thankful. counting on your help -Football leb (talk) 20:19, 22 November 2011 (UTC)

UTS Writers' Anthology

The reason given for deletion of this page was that not enough references that proved it was notable were online. I fail to see how this means it is not notable. The deletion request was raised by one person and given the okay by one other person - this doesn't provide consensus on the issue. I would point you to the university web page: http://www.fass.uts.edu.au/anthology/index.html.
