Join the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden and Smithsonian Libraries as we host our first ever Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon in honor of Women's History Month. Help us improve representation of female and female-identifying performance and new media artists on Wikipedia. Anyone and everyone interested in learning how to edit Wikipedia, regardless of experience, gender, or background, is welcome to attend. Please bring a laptop and charging cord.
Hosted at the Hirshhorn's ARTLAB+, and organized by the Hirshhorn and Smithsonian Libraries. This event is part of the Art+Feminism DC2020 campaign among DC-area arts & culture institutions to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment to the US Constitution, guaranteeing and protecting women's constitutional right to vote.
