Original – A Refunding Certificate which was a one-denomination ($10), one-year issue (1879) of United States banknotes. The blue tint in the paper (reverse) was an anti-counterfeiting measure.
Reason
High EV, high quality image. High grade example of a rare one-year issue of United States banknotes.
