Reason: A high quality image showing a unique iranian traditional custom for mourning in Muharram. Every year, at the day of Ashura, people from some cities of Iran, carry an item called "Nakhl" as if they are performing a funeral for Husayn ibn Ali.

Weak Oppose. I agree with Janke, although I would think of it as a photojournalist style photo where perfect composition is not as important as capturing the feeling of the event.
