Deletion discussion about 2018–2019 Hashtag United season

Hello, Zvikorn,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether 2018–2019 Hashtag United season should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2018–2019 Hashtag United season .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Jamez42 (talk) 00:48, 22 June 2018 (UTC)

Ronaldo

Hello, I'm Kosack. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, Cristiano Ronaldo, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Kosack (talk) 15:35, 10 July 2018 (UTC)

From what I see, there is still no official confirmation that the transfer has been completed and, even if there is, your edit was still unsourced. Thanks. Kosack (talk) 15:49, 10 July 2018 (UTC)

Dunno if it's the right post, but it states "will leave" not has left. Kosack (talk) 15:58, 10 July 2018 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of CodeMonkey (Videogame)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on CodeMonkey (Videogame) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, Zvikorn. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2018 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

The third paragraph in this edit is still close paraphrasing and is against Wikipedia policy. You can't just take someone else's work and change a few words and call it "fixing copyright". That's not how it works. Please read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing and Wikipedia:Copyrights. Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 141.226.195.18. Place any further information here. I have been editing for a long time... why is this happeningIsraeliIdan (talk) 11:19, 18 August 2018 (UTC)

Decline reason:

That IP address belongs to Triple C Cloud Computing. Despite your claims to the contrary, it does indeed belong to a web hosting service and is running a proxy/vpn. You'll need to disable that to edit here. Yamla (talk) 12:58, 18 August 2018 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 141.226.195.18. Place any further information here. Why is this happening though? Triple C has been my provider for 3 years and I am not on any VPN / proxy. I am an active wikipedia user. Please help. I am running ad block maybe its because of that??? IsraeliIdan (talk) 06:56, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You are editing using a proxy; this is factual, and is not open to argument.----Anthony Bradbury"talk" 14:22, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

You are using a proxy. There's no other information we have available to us to help you out, I'm afraid. --Yamla (talk) 12:09, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

Third appeal - can you atleast tell me why this could have happened?

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 141.226.195.18. Place any further information here. I don't know what a proxy is. I am not meaning to do anything bad. Maybe some help on how to disable a proxy. I have been editing on this computer and on the same ip and wifi network for 3 years. Please Help. I understand the block will not be removed but please help me understand how this happened.

Please HELP tried to submit ticket but couldn't cause it said I wasn't blocked but I am...

Data from block log - 17:01, 16 August 2018 Bbb23 blocked 141.226.195.18 (talk) with an expiration time of 3 months (account creation blocked) ({{webhostblock}}) Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:29, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
The user should not be using a webhost to edit with, and many of the edits are by the IP itself where the user is editing without being logged in and editing the same articles they edit with their named account. That constitutes socking.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:26, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
