Hello, I am sorry. I was not aware of these "guidelines" as I am new to this site, and thus jumped the gun, unknowingly breaking the set policies as I was writing on the page. Next time I might edit said forum, I shall strive to follow these rules. I will take the time to read the policies and guidelines. Please inform me again if I make this mistake again, also is there a ban or some form of penalty if I break these rules again? Thank you. Please get back to me on my question. Yes, there are escalating penalties for ongoing disruption. But it's not about punishment, it's just to make sure that editors are a net contribution to building the encyclopedia.
