January 2023 edit

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, AT&T Corporation, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 01:23, 26 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

I was going to but I didn't have the time. I guess it made sense to remove it anyways. WiinterU (talk) 01:48, 26 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:Bellsystemlogousedfremontne.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Bellsystemlogousedfremontne.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:30, 22 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Savvas Learning Company moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Savvas Learning Company, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. October 2023 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Crunchyroll LLC, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 19:56, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I would like to say that the "Type" section is not meant to represent the suffix but is meant to represent if it is a subsidiary, division, private company, etc. However, I do recognize my mistake. I apologise for not citing my source and I will do better in the future. Thank you for contacting me about this. WiinterU (talk) 19:58, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
No problem, we've all been there! I also want to mention that infoboxes are intended as a useful summary of important information present in the article. Part of the reason I reverted your edit was because there was no mention of the company being a subsidiary anywhere in the prose. TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 20:14, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
I made a mistake. The company was listed as a subsidiary on it's owners pages. I assumed it was a subsidiary. WiinterU (talk) 21:00, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi WiinterU! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 05:55, 25 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I would like to say that I accidentally pressed it and could not edit my summary. I apologise for making that mistake. -Winter WiinterU (talk) 12:19, 25 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
I left you a notice because you've done this many times, not once or twice. If you are changing the meaning of the article, even just one field in an infobox, it is not a minor edit. Daniel Quinlan (talk) 20:11, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry, I didn't know that. WiinterU (talk) 20:25, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Key People Section edit

@WiinterU: Explain to me why you have a problem with listing special parameters in the infobox for the current CEO. It does nothing to disrupt the contents of the infobox and it reduces clutter in the "key people" section. Tell me how you see it is a problem. Otherwise, we need to handle this with a RFC on the talk page.Emiya1980 (talk) 06:32, 22 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

They key people section is designed to show key people. Just because it doesn't say you can use special perimeters, doesn't mean you should. WiinterU (talk) 13:32, 22 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
