I am bomb blast victim of 2008 October serial blasts. I lost my legs under knee. Would I be blamed if I edit bomb blast incidents here? --Wichan The Lost Guy (talk) 07:40, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "blamed", but if you were involved in the 2008 Assam bombings (even as a bystander/victim) then you do have some level of a conflict of interest. That being said, as long as you follow the Plain and simple conflict of interest guide, there shouldn't be any issues. Basically, it means Wikipedians are here to build an encyclopedia, i.e., a neutral, reliable public reference work on notable topics. Users whose behavior suggests they are here for some other purpose risk being blocked or banned.   Disruptive editing can come in many flavours. It could include bludgeoning your viewpoint against consensus, or disrupting Wikipedia to illustrate a point, amongst other things.   I admit, I'm not sure what else caused you to get blocked, but it must've been significant. For an unblock request to succeed, you must prove that you understand that you were blocked for appearing to be WP:NOTHERE, and promise the community that you will not do it again.
