Hello!. You should always try to categorize your uploaded media in a more accurate category. In this case in Commons: Category:Bones of the human vertebral column. Before upload a media, you should browse by categories to determine the most convenient one/s (or create a new category).

It is always better to use an already existing svg file as a model. In this case: File:Spinal column curvature-en.svg, which is much more correct (note the position of the cervical spine in the silhouette of the head and neck).
