File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Venkatramaiah.jpg edit

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Venkatramaiah.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 04:26, 9 July 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. dave pape (talk) 04:26, 9 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

The article Seventh Day Adventist High School, Secunderabad has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. February 2022 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Hyderabad, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 17:25, 6 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

  Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Hyderabad, you may be blocked from editing. — DaxServer (t · c) 18:17, 6 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Hyderabad shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — DaxServer (t · c) 19:35, 6 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as you did at Hyderabad. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Stifle (talk) 15:02, 8 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop inserting galleries of large images into Hyderabad. You have already been blocked from editing once for edit warring and failure to communicate. If you still feel that your changes improve the article, please discuss the matter at Talk:Hyderabad rather than continuing to repeat the same rejected edits. Certes (talk) 19:19, 9 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

I would request please read the article, because you had been adding text which is already mentioned in some or the other section, so we need to avoid duplication of text, so that the article can maintain minimum available length. :)--Omer123hussain (talk) 07:03, 10 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Edit warring edit

Hi again, in the process to contribute to the article, you had been reverting edits [like here] please stop it. Note that we need to add the information which had impacted, contributed, influenced or may be significant to the city, any record or news cannot be accommodated in the article, otherwise our article will loose FA status. Regards --Omer123hussain (talk) 08:21, 10 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please help me on Hyderabad Wiki as i have put the details with right intentions. Looks Admins took as offence which was not meant to be. I am also not aware how to reach the concerned people through wiki when few raised objections on my changes. So there is some communication gap and everything done from my side to enhance the Wiki image keeping in view of all its integrity rules.

You don't need to use the adminhelp template to make these comments.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:32, 11 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Dispute resolution edit

First let me apologies from my side if any mistake done from my side . First i overlooked that I was logging thru my office VPN when i made changes to Hyderabad Wiki pages. This was a lapse from my side. Only very much later i realized what mistake i was making. Later when Daxserver and DrKay objected to images on Hyderabad main page i removed them . Later I only put Hyperlinks to Statue of Equality , Bharat Biotech and Durgam Cheruvu. Looks later Omer Hussain made minor modifications on my inputs. I further modified to put the exact location of Statue of Equality . Looks later again all my changes were reverted by Daxserver and my account blocked. My account has been blocked for 2nd time saying that i was not communicating with Wiki admins. To be frank i never faced this situation earlier and i was not aware of the process to reach Admin. But Wiki admins took it as a offence from my side that i was not communicating to them. Just thought i should clarify things from my side. Apologies again from my side if any lapse from my side.

Below Changes being reverted/objections raised by Wiki admins last few days on my account :

Dispute resolution edit

Can you please clarify why my minor edits ( done on 19 Feb'22) on Telangana have been reverted

I've self-reverted. Also, it's not a "minor edit" — DaxServer (t · c) 16:13, 20 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Is anything put wrong or conveying wrong message which i put earlier as it is a fact that statue of equality is a big tourist/religious attraction of Telangana. Please clarify.

Please read about WP:CRYSTAL and WP:V. Thank you! — DaxServer (t · c) 22:31, 20 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Looks what i put passes both WP:CRYSTAL and WP:V as it is a fact that happened in the recent history. Am open here for "WP:CHALLENGE" if what i put is wrong and unverifiable.

Since the statue is just inaugurated, saying that it is a "religious destination" is WP:CRYSTAL, as the sources don't yet describe in detail about it; apart from the inauguration news — DaxServer (t · c) 09:17, 21 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

For now u can add this item on both Telangana and Hyderabad wiki pages with more sources of NEWS . Going forward i will be more careful adding such items putting more sources of Info.
