Request reason:

I am requesting an unblock because the block is not within the scope of the blocking policy. Further, Bbb23 enacted this block while I was responding to Doug Weller and Bishonen's concerns and questions about a report I filed. I will enter the text of my reply below in a moment. Also, I believe that Bbb23 was canvassed into creating this block and is inappropriately involved by the person whose bad conduct I reported, if you look at Bbb23's talk page. Bbb23 also admits removing my comments in my own defense - which I have a right to make - at the bad-faith SPI filed by another person who the bad actor canvassed, this is highly problem conduct. This is a copy of the text I was in the middle of submitting when Bbb23 created the inappropriate block.

@Doug Weller and @Bishonen I believe you are both mistaken, I was told that this report needed to be filed here. The page WP:AE has a "Please use this page only to..." notification that does not look like it covers a request regarding the general multiple-page bludgeoning, insults against community members, and other problem conduct that Philomathes2375 routinely commits.

To address the question of the page links also mentioned by @El C, I tried to provide the results of the "Find edits by user" tool which is provided to everyone when clicking on the page history because the number of directed diff links to provide page by page felt overwhelming. Would you prefer that I used the "alternate" version that links to https://xtools.wmcloud.org/ or would you prefer I try to get the "permanent" page section link for each place Philomathes2357 has bludgeoned?
