Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. --David Biddulph (talk) 13:25, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia. Cordless Larry (talk) 13:26, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You are pushing very close to a block with the edits you have been making on various Teahouse pages. Any more will result in you being blocked from editing. Nthep (talk) 13:48, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistent vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Nthep (talk) 13:52, 3 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

December 2015

edit

Greetings. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Template:Tutorial sandbox heading, did not appear to be constructive and has been or will be reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Unlock

edit

Please explain what you are doing. I had to block your account entirely due to the damage your last fifty or so edits caused. It looks like you hit "Unlink" on Twinkle. This may have been an accident, but the damage is the same, so please explain what you were doing. Soap 06:09, 5 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

I did it by mistake please remove me from the block list.ASAP.

I unlinked a certain page on Wikipedia because I was in a great hurry. Please reconsider and give me a second chance and I won't repeat the unintentional mistake.Upaltez (talk) 20:34, 6 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You appear to have unlinked the Teahouse page from some 42 article pages, made inappropriate edits directly to the Teahouse page and to some others. What were you trying to do? And why?--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 22:37, 6 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

You need to explain what you were doing in the first place. --jpgordon::==( o ) 20:52, 6 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
You was not blocked just because of unlinking. There were many other disruptive edits like [1], [2], [3], [4]. Those are not something you do in a "hurry". You have to explain this and to convince us that you will not repeat such behavior. Vanjagenije (talk) 21:32, 6 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I was trying to make a constructive edit. I had no ill intentions

Decline reason:

There were edits there that were plainly not attempts to be constructive - for example, I can't see any way this could be considered to have been done with good intentions (and it, along with other edits, are plainly not the results of being in a hurry). You need to be honest and tell us what you thought you were doing, and explain what you will instead do if you are unblocked. Please don't think we are being obstructive here, but your changes have been pretty disruptive and we really do need to be convinced that you will become a constructive contributor to the project. I will not make a second determination. But I will ask you again; what were you trying to do? Or, if you wish, what constructive edit were you trying to make? And what about the other edits highlighted by Vanjagenije? --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 13:16, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

with deep honesty the first time I vandalised the Teahouse, I didit intentionally but the unlinking wasn't intentional and thats the plain truth.

I keep fixing your badly-formatted unblock requests for you, so please don't revert my fix and put it back to its broken state again - your reason needs to go *inside* the template and not after the closing "}}". Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 15:49, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

I'm unable to believe that you "unintentionally" did something over fifty times, unless there is an underlying competence issue. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:53, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

@Ohnoitsjamie: Just for the record: he didn't do anything fifty times, he clicked "unlink" and confirmed (once) using Twinkle, while on the Teahouse page. Vanjagenije (talk) 19:50, 7 December 2015

@Vanjagenjie get out of my talk page. You aren't helping

Upaltez, you're not exactly in the best position to tell people to get out of your talk page. Vanjagenije, thanks for the clarification. I've never used Twinkle, didn't know it could make mass changes like that. Still, it would be nice to know exactly what the user was trying to do as it doesn't appear to be limited to that one click. OhNoitsJamie Talk 20:56, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
As you have now discovered, trying this sort of silliness only accomplishing one thing; losing your talk page access. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:14, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
