SPI notice edit

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mrm7171. Thank you. Jytdog (talk) 23:39, 26 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

October 2014 edit

Your recent editing history at Elton Mayo shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. —C.Fred (talk) 03:12, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Has iss246 been warned of this too. He was recently blocked for edit warring.Truthbringer1 (talk) 03:28, 27 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppetry investigation edit

Hi. I've reopened the active sockpuppetry investigation involving you (Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mrm7171). You're certainly free to comment further on the case, but this time, it is essential that you confine your remarks solely and exclusively to the question of whether you are, or are not, the same person as Mrm7171. Any discussion of alleged content disputes, edit warring, or vandalism are out of order on an SPI page — the only legitimate issue for discussion in an SPI is whether or not sockpuppetry is occurring. — Richwales (no relation to Jimbo) 15:21, 13 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
