Unspecified source for Image:Eduardo24.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Eduardo24.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 12:59, 23 May 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BigDT 12:59, 23 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image uploads edit

Please understand that Wikipedia respects the copyrights of others. We do not use images that were just found on some website, nor do we use the works of others without permission or a fair use justification. For most images, we will only use the image if the copyright holder explicitly releases it under a license that allows anyone to use it for any purpose, such as the GFDL. --BigDT 13:03, 23 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Removal of Yugoslavia edit

Right, I've followed your trail these past ten minutes and twice you have removed Yugoslavia as being the subject's place of birth on these Croatian national footballers. Each have been reverted as well as the country added to others which you have recently edited. Here on Wikipedia, we reserve the right to display legal countries of birth as a required topic and removal of such information is considered vandalism. Please continue to edit as you have been doing without interfering with the private details. Thank you. Evlekis 18:24, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

You have removed the country of birth again. Consider this your final warning. If you remove Yugoslavia as a place of birth again, you will be blocked from editing. Evlekis 18:35, 30 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Duplicate images uploaded edit

The copy called Image:Rapaicmiki.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. Orphaned non-free image (Image:Sammir18.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Sammir18.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 00:08, 26 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Unspecified source for Image:Cvitanovich markovich montaza.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Cvitanovich markovich montaza.jpg.

If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL.

If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:17, 11 July 2008 (UTC). License tagging for File:Calello.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Calello.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:14, 15 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Gunners reveal third kit for season dudu.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Gunners reveal third kit for season dudu.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. srushe (talk) 10:18, 1 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Stop or be blocked edit

Hi Tomizgcro, perhaps the messages above have been unclear so let me be blunt. Stop uploading images taken from websites and claiming "I made it myself" (or similar) or your access to upload and edit on this site will be blocked. Speedy deletion nomination of Sami Stranci a Svi Bosanci edit

A tag has been placed on Sami Stranci a Svi Bosanci requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of Stefan Vrbešić edit

The article Stefan Vrbešić has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

fails WP:ATH and WP:GNG - youth player who has yet to play at full level in professional league

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Steve-Ho (talk) 11:42, 19 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Kristijan Kahlina edit

Is this article about Kristijan Kahlina or Filip Lončarić? GregorB (talk) 18:23, 1 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Kristijan Kahlina edit

A tag has been placed on Kristijan Kahlina requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles – see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Fatos Bećiraj edit

Hi. I've reverted your edits to the Fatos Beqiraj redirect twice now. The speling with "ć" is used at National-Football-Teams.com, UEFA.com, as well as the Montenegro national team's website. I am aware that he is of Albanian ethnicity and that his last name is thus Albanian, but the man is considered Montenegrin for all practical purposes and his name should thus be spelled the way it is in Montenegrin. In addition, here's a photo of him taken just ater he signed for Dinamo in which he is seen with a Dinamo shirt with "Bećiraj" on it. The name players have on their shirts is second on Wikipedia to what their full name is (so for example, we are unlikely to rename "Miroslav Slepička" to "Slepi" or "Eduardo da Silva" to "Eduardo"). Having said that, the proper place to put "Beqiraj" in the article is on top of the infobox, as that is the place used for their names as written on their shirts, but that is completely optional. Cheers. Timbouctou 11:56, 21 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Tomizgcro, you do not seem to fully grasp how Wikipedia's notability guidelines work, and you are therefore creating a lot of articles which do not meet them. I suggest you please read WP:N, specifically WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL which are both vital for articles about footballers. If you continue to create non-notable articles then your edits could be interpreted as disruptive and may result in a block. GiantSnowman 16:19, 27 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Marko Mikulić edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Marko Mikulić, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Sir Sputnik (talk) 04:57, 13 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

July 2013 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at Marko Mikulić, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Sir Sputnik (talk) 05:01, 13 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not recreate articles that have been deleted, as you did with Oliver Zelenika, unless you can address the reason for which the article was deleted in the first place. This is your final warning if you continue to create inappropriate articles you will be blocked from editing. In the case of Oliver Zelenika, the article was deleted since all biographies of living people must cite at least one reliable source. I should also point out that in its current form the article does not meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines which is necessary for a subject to have an article. For footballers, the subject must have either received significant coverage beyond routine sports journalism (i.e. player profiles, match reports, transfer news, etc.), have played for his country's senior national team, or have played in one of the fully professional leagues listed here (this excludes appearances in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA club competitions).
