Request reason:
I think dynamic IP makes you feel as if I am a sock. I am from Vadodara so IPs may be similar but not same. If you want my personal info, I may provide as evidence to prove that I am not a sock of any user. Thunderlagoon (talk) 03:07, 25 April 2015 (UTC)
Decline reason:
There's a lot more to deciding if you're a sock than your IP address (I can't get into specifics). Since Checkuser was used for this, only another user with that tool can properly evaluate the block. — Daniel Case (talk) 15:45, 28 April 2015 (UTC)
