Wikipedia does not give preference to any national variety of English over others. In some cases there is a good reason for using one national variety; for example in the article Winston Churchill it makes sense to use British English, while in the article San Fransisco it makes sense to use US English. However, when there is no such specific reason for preferring one version, it is not acceptable to change content of an article to comply with one's own preferences. Certainly you shouldn't impose United States English on names of organisations from other English speaking countries, such as the Honourable Artillery Company. JBW (talk) 10:20, 5 August 2023 (UTC)

Thanks for the info, since i'm neither american nor British, i know little of the variations of words between them so i thought most of what i changed in the topic were typos, i'll keep it in mind whenever i edit again and i'll search to first make sure, sorry for the accidental vandalism TheMostOfEkramy (talk) 12:17, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
