I know. Can the Bible be used as a reference?Sundiiiiii 18:03, 29 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
That depends on how it's used. The Bible is quoted appropriately on any number of Christianity-oriented articles in Wikipedia. What's more important is that you cease attempting to use Wikipedia as a soapbox. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:42, 29 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I was thinking of the following verse regarding wage labor: Hag.1:6 "Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes." --Also this: Deut.30:19 "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:" Cars killed over 20 million Americans alone, so God hates cars & houses, roads & the wage system. --Isa.5:9 "Woe unto them that join house to house, that lay field to field, till there be no place, that they may be placed alone in the midst of the earth!" God said don't build house to house because it will destroy all the land & wildlife habitats, not to mention humans. --Isa.65:22 "They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands." Someday here on earth, no one will build small buildings, so that a few masters may collect rent to help only themselves which hurts the renters financially who can't save any money. If not houses & small buildings, then that means all nations have to begin building massive, beautiful 100-story live/work/play tower cities connected to maglev trains, and all will get done when all people work part-time, starting with perhaps 20 hrs a week per person. --Prov.11:1 "A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight." God wants perfectly equal wealth & work worldwide. --Prov.16 "A just weight and balance are the LORD's: all the weights of the bag are his work." --Prov.20 "Divers weights are an abomination unto the LORD; and a false balance is not good." Anything that is a false balance, including wealth & work, is not good. --In the near future: Jer.31 "Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things." --Acts.2:44 "And all that believed were together, and had all things common;" --Acts.4:32 "And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common." God wants all people on earth to own all things common, because any other way is slavery. Today we have perfect communication worldwide so now it's possible to teach that in all nations, which will end world poverty & oppression. Never before was that possible like it is today, because of modern technology to teach it & make it happen without a revolution. There are so many more verses. Actually, the whole Bible is about how we on earth will someday end world oppression & poverty, which is God's whole purpose. God wants it, so we have to teach it & do it.Sundiiiiii 16:57, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rev.22 [1] And he shewed me a pure river of water of life [Guaranteed Income/RFID for every person], clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. [2] In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. [3] And there shall be no more curse [no more hard work with automation]: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:Sundiiiiii 17:22, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

No, those quotes would not be appropriate for any article in terms of WP:NPOV and WP:OR. What part of "Wikipedia is not a soapbox" do you not understand? OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:27, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Rev. 18 [11] And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: That will be the end of capitalism, wage labor, wage slavery, retail buying & selling something (or starve). I've maybe said too much, but could I at least add the first one that speaks against wage labor? Hag. 1:6 Sundiiiiii 17:32, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Not unless you can provide evidence that said interpretation is widely endorsed (in other words, no). OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:53, 2 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Ok. Thank you. Sundiiiiii 16:35, 3 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
This verse is self-explanatory: Hag.1:6 "Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes." It says that God disapproves of wage labor. It is not my private interpretation. It says what it means, & means what it says. The Bible can be used as a source, so I can use the Bible in wage labor articles, & capitalism, communism, socialism, child labor, etc, right? Sundiiiiii 04:25, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
No, because you will not find any mainstream sources that agree with your interpretation. Please take your soapbox elsewhere. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:19, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Sad but true. People can't even understand plain English! They think Bible words have some "hidden message" & they don't think the words deal with our LIVES here on EARTH today. Religions teach spiritualism, not Truth. 69.228.239.40 17:52, 22 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

May I please put the following external link on the "child labor" website because it has info about child slavery in USA today:*800,000 child migrant workers in USA today Sundiiiiii 01:00, 15 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
And may I put this one on the article about corporations: * When Corporations Rule the World, by David C. Korten Sundiiiiii 16:27, 15 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
You've requested the first link before; I'd say the answer is still no. The second link is a POV essay and does not meet WP:Reliable sources. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:34, 15 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

The capitalist wage is Satan! It makes men so mentally ill that they think "I HAVE to pay for sex, even with children, or they will starve!!" That's how capitalism is spreading plagues: "You must buy & sell something or STARVE!" USA is forcing this slave system, & mental illness, on the whole world! God hates evil, so God hates capitalism, the wage, & America-the-ghetto! Sundiiiiii 01:50, 16 April 2007 (UTC) 33 killed in Virginia Tech.
