Two issues with the File:Kate Isaacs.jpg image: 1. Proof of permission is compulsory. See donating copyrighted materials for guidance. 2. If BBC created the image, BBC likely holds the copyright, and a grant from Kate Isaacs would not be good enough. Your contributions regarding Kate Isaacs and NotYourPorn are an obvious conflict of interest and also look promotional. If you are paid to edit these articles, you must clearly declare that. I just reverted your latest edit to NotYourPorn, that removed the maintenance tags. The flagged references are unacceptable. See WP:METRO and WP:CIRCULAR.
