Page Updates edit
The purpose of edits was to enhance the existing page. Namely, the sections improved upon and/or added include:
- Maldistribution - added a description of the term and prominent causes of maldistribution
- Declining Numbers - included a section to display the severity of the issue
- Role in the health care system - included a description of PCPs in the U.S.
- PCPs in different countries - added this section to the page
- Scope of practice - updated section
- Lagging quality care measures - Reorganized section and included section to detail quality measures used in the United States.
Edits were carefully done to ensure consistency throughout the remaining article but improve upon sections that required updating or additional information.
