November 2019 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Jayda Fransen, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. My Edits edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Anti-fascism, you may be blocked from editing. – Frood (talk) 04:51, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Alright, thanks. SeanWilsonUK (talk) 05:27, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Northumberland College. Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 13:18, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

This was NOT vandalism. All I did was update the photo of Northumberland College, you moron! SeanWilsonUK (talk) 13:21, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make personal attacks on other people. Comment on content, not on fellow editors. – Frood (talk) 21:53, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Correct. And it's not true that all you did was update a picture, you added "and this college also has Maths and English rooms incase you need to resit them." not only makes no sense but wouldn't belong in the article if it did. Our articles should mainly be based on what secondary sources say about a subject - this helps show significance. Most of the existing article belongs on their website, not in an encyclopedia. So User:Frood and User:Flyer22 Reborn give you warnings, I point out that you didn't just change an image, and you post this to my talk page:"Yeah and the college does have Maths and English rooms so that's a fact. Stop vandalising removing other Wikipedia edits without proper reason. Count this as your first warning." The only problem is that I didn't remove any of your edits, that something being a fact doesn't mean it belongs on Wikipedia, that your are failing to WP:AGF#assume good faith, and that you are falsely accusing me of vandalising. You've only been here a day and really need to start thinking about why you are getting these warnings. Between the three of us we have about 545,000 more edits than you do, maybe you should start listening. Doug Weller talk 12:45, 11 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
SeanWilson, I have a mere 25,000 edits, but if I may comment - it seems that you're having difficulty in establishing what is notable, what is reliably sourced, and what is just something you know. Original Research is not allowed, and unsourced material (especially in BLP articles) can be removed or challenged, even if you personally believe it to be true. I've added a welcome template below, which may be a little late, but I'd suggest you read up on the links included. Chaheel Riens (talk) 14:28, 11 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
