Request reason:

I've been on wikipedia for 11 years and have only ever had one account for the past 11 years. No other accounts have been created by myself. Admin who blocked my account blocks 1 account for every 5 edits he makes, which suggests fairly trigger-happy blocking imo. I'm friends with other wikipedia users so we monitor similar pages which I imagine is why Bbb23 suspects sockpuppetry, but last time I checked being friends with other users and editing similar pages is not against the rules?

Decline reason:

I have reviewed your request and reviewed the other accounts that have been tied to this one, and on behavioral evidence alone (even without the technical evidence provided by the Checkuser admin who blocked the account) there is some very clear evidence that all of these accounts are being used by 1 person who is trying to conceal their identity and dodge blocks on the other accounts. This account was essentially dormant until the other accounts started being blocked, then it mysteriously fired up again to make the same sorts of edits.
