The speedy deletion appears to have been reviewed and removed for now per WP:BLPPROD. Also I recommend that you read Wikipedia:Don't restore removed comments again. This part in particular.

There are only four types of messages that a user should not remove: declined unblock requests while the block is still in effect; confirmed sockpuppetry notices; miscellany for deletion tags that seek deletion of the talk page the tag is on (i.e., while the discussion is still in progress); and shared IP header templates for unregistered editors. These templates are intended not only to communicate with the user in question but also to communicate with others.

Notice the average speedy deletion notice for an article isn't part of the messages that shouldn't be removed.

Please read WP:OWNTALK, especially this part:

There are certain types of notices that users may not remove from their own talk pages, such as declined unblock requests and speedy deletion tags.
