Oh sorry, I didn't realise you'd intentionally written it as plural. I think the singular form is better in this instance because it's a header in a table, so it's referring to each cell in the column individually rather than the whole column. e.g. the "Organisers' estimate" header is singular, despite the column containing estimates from multiple different organisers.
