Hi. Looking at the messages below, it seems clear that you were blocked for repeatedly creating an article about yourself (when you are not sufficiently notable to have one), so I really don't think that asking to be unblocked so that you can do it again is going to get you unblocked. Anthony Bradbury asked for a "simple, clear and unambiguous answer". I do not think "a persons like Politicians, actors, film directors etc." meets that standard. If you could point out a specific, clearly notable topic you want to write about, that may help.
