The person in my submitted draft is a Bangladeshi journalist, song writer, actor, director. That's why I submitted the article about him. I have no personal acquaintance with him. I know him through his news. I know his work. thank you Runner1000 (talk) 15:07, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

I took this picture from his Facebook profile. I have clicked on my own work option so that the copyright does not come while uploading the image in the article. You are not allowed to upload other people's photographs, that's precisely why the upload process asks you to confirm that it's really your own work you're uploading. You have now released someone else's property into the public domain, where anyone can use it for any purpose. So, after we went through all that yesterday, I now find that you've swapped the photo in Draft:Shamim Hossen to another one also uploaded as your 'own work'. One day I went to enjoy a cricket match at Mirpur Sher-e-bangla Stadium in Dhaka. I saw him there and requested to take his picture. As he is a popular journalist, song writer, actor in Bangladesh. Until yesterday I didn't know that uploading someone else's image violates copyright laws. That's why I uploaded a picture of myself later. Hope, I was able to convince you. There has been news about his work in different media of the country. I have created articles with information from that news. The information in my article is completely true. You were already doing pretty well there, and then blew it with the final sentence. If you got the subject's permission, then a) this again suggests that you have some sort of external relationship with him, and b) it isn't your own work, then, which is what you said when you first uploaded it. Besides, we can't just take your word that the copyright owner (whoever they may be) has released the image from copyright into the public domain. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:38, 7 September 2024 (UTC)
