Kansas City Chiefs

Source for future contracts. I believe teams can still sign players to future contracts even if they are still in playoffs - those players though would not be considered a part of the roster if they won the Super Bowl (in other words they wouldn't get a ring) http://www.kansascity.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/red-zone/article53184635.html Diddykong1130 (talk) 22:37, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

@Diddykong1130: As you might of noticed I did track down the sources myself before seeing this. The reason I didn't see this is you left it on my userpage not my talkpage. But yes, you are absolutely right. That's exactly what a Future's contract is. However, they are considered inactive/reserved until the new league year begins on March 15. At that point, they become a remember of the roster. They are typically the players that get cut during roster cutdowns with the exception of a handful that make it. If you have any other questions about the template page feel free to ask. I was inactive on here for a few months but I'm getting back into the swing of it and have made 304 edits on it total.--Rockchalk717 05:51, 19 January 2016 (UTC)

NFL colors

Not sure if you saw the thread I started at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_National_Football_League#Color_dispute:_the_issue_besides_reliability. I'm not really that involved with colors and am only trying to facilitate an agreement, so I'm OK if you want to let the issue die.—Bagumba (talk) 22:23, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
