Reaper Eternal, you rely a lot on your previous interactions with an editor and their nomination statement. Have you looked over some of the Q&A pages? I find that it reveals a lot about temperament issues and it seems like much of ones effectiveness in being an arbitrator is how you work with others you might have strong disagreements with. While some questions can be pointy or inane, it does demonstrate how receptive an editor is to being questioned and I think a good arbitration committee member is open to feedback from the community and being able to explain their decisions. I have spent two days to understand what you mean; the source documents are chaotic and dispersed and you have to read a lot to know what it was all about. Please note that your advice is advertised to every qualified elector. It should explain things to the people; you throw a bunch of riddles in their face instead.
