Ramesh is a common Hindu name. Ramesh means "Preserver" or "the One who Saves from Danger". Rama + Eesha, Ramesh, would refer to Lord Shiva or Vishnu. In shaivism Shiva is considered to be the protector of Rama (one of the incarnations of Lord Vishnu). This mythology is based on the history of Holi shrine Rameshwaram. Hence he is known as Ramesh, Eeshwar of Lord Rama. Lord Ram himself is also known as Ramesh. In Persian, "Ramesh" is derived from Pahlavi origin "Ramishn", meaning "Happiness".

Speedy deletion nomination of Nitesh Estates Limited

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nitesh Estates Limited, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

  • It appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. (See section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) If an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
  • It appears to be a clear copyright infringement of http://niteshestates.com/type8.aspx?type=8&l1=1&l2=1. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi, thanks for message. You should post messages on user talk pages (like this one) not on user pages as you did with mine. I found your message and moved it to my talk page. You can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. Please add your messages to the bottom of the talk page, or they may be overlooked. I deleted your article because

  • it had been deleted after a deletion discussion in which any editor, including yourself, could participate. It has also been speedy-deleted four times by three different admins
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. A few of the many examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: is considered to be providing state-of-the-art Premium Condominiums... The company has brought more than 20 million sq. ft. of space under development as premium living... a phenomenal growth as the industry standards... The contribution is mostly credited to be fuelled by the resolute and dynamic leadership
  • Note that you should not remove deletion tags simply because you don't agree. You can always contest the proposed deletion
  • You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your organisation is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. See also Wikipedia:Best practices for editors with conflicts of interest.

THe fact that a company may be notable doesn't give you licence to either infringe its copyrights by copying stuff from its website or to promote it. This is an encyclopaedia, not free advertising Jimfbleak - talk to me? 07:19, 15 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

If you want to re-create the article, you will need to ask at WP:Deletion Review. Before you do so, have available in draft space a proposed article that does not meet the objections that has been raised. DGG ( talk ) 17:09, 15 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet investigation

edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ramesh985, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
