He have overpass still the warning claiming copyright on http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Logo_goa.jpg&action=edit&redlink=1 which is my own work under cc licence. This guy is insanly mad. He seems have done it because he had try to uppload copyrighted material and was angry !!!!!

This unblock request has been declined due to your history of vandalism and/or disruption to this encyclopedia. However, we are willing to give you another chance provided that you can earn back the trust of the Wikipedia community. To be unblocked you need to demonstrate that you are willing and able to contribute positively to Wikipedia. You can do this by:

  1. Click the Edit tab at the top of that article;
  2. Copy the portion of the prose from that article that you will be proposing changes to. However:
     • do not copy the "infobox" from the start of the article (i.e., markup like this: ...);
     • do not copy any image placement code (i.e., markup like this: );
     • do not copy the page's categories from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: );
     • do not copy the stub tag (if there) from the bottom of the page (i.e., markup like this: Foo stub);
  3. Click edit at your talk page, and paste at the bottom under a new section header (like this: == Article title ==) the copied content but do not save yet;
  4. Place your cursor in the edit summary box and paste there an edit summary in the following form which specifies the name of the article you copied from and links to it (this is required for mandatory copyright attribution): "Copied content from exact Name of Article; see that article's history for attribution."
  5. You can now save the page. However, if your edits will include citations to reliable sources (which they should), place at the end of the prose you copied this template reflist-talk and then save.
  • Now, edit that content to propose significant and well researched improvements by editing the selected portion of the article. Please note that we are not looking for basic typo corrections, or small unreferenced additions; your edits should be substantial, and reflect relevant policies.
  • When you are done with your work, re-request unblocking and an administrator will review your proposed edits.
    • If we (including the original blocking admin) are convinced that your proposed edits will improve Wikipedia as an encyclopedia, you will be unblocked.

If you need help while working with your proposed edits, you may add "your question here ~~~~" to your talk page. Thank you.

Free use rationale

edit

Hi. Thank you for your message on my talk page regarding File:Eurovision 2004 Scoreboard.jpg. I was not aware that it has slipped out of use from the Eurovision Song Contest article - I will restore it. However, before I do I want to ensure that I have done everything correctly with regards the rationale. As far as I can see, the page for the image already justifies its use. So what am I missing? I have never understood exactly what you have to do with these image uploads: the process is unclear. Yes, I understand that non-free images need to be justified - but I have done this in the past, and have had images deleted. What have I done wrong this time? Please help me by explaining if there is anything wrong with the justification as it stands. Thank you. EuroSong talk 18:03, 14 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

PNG

edit

Hello. Your attempt to unilaterally make Portable Network Graphics the primary topic of PNG has been reverted. I assume you never read Talk:PNG, where there has been several discussions on whether to make Papua New Guinea the primary topic instead. As of now, there is therefore really no consensus that there even should be a primary topic for PNG at all. Regards. Zzyzx11 (talk) 20:21, 17 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Vancouver2010MinuteofSilence.png

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Vancouver2010MinuteofSilence.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mosmof (talk) 02:30, 22 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

File source problem with File:Rugby.PNG

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Rugby.PNG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Undiscussed page moves

edit

You seem to be on some kind of a spree, renaming a number of articles, for instance Sysop and FC Bayern Munich. Please be advised that such moves are likely to be controversial and should not be undertaken without prior discussion. A safer approach is to follow the procedure described at WP:Requested moves. Blocked

edit
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 7 days for abuse of editing privileges. On 30 August I left you this message about your editing. Since then you have continued to cause numerous problems including edit-warring, incorrect page moves, and numerous image and non-free media violations. Whilst some of your edits are useful, you cannot continue to create numerous problems which waste other editor's valuable time being fixed. I would suggest that you use the week's block to read up on our policies, notably WP:NFCC, WP:MOVE and WP:EW. This may also be useful. You may also wish to seek mentorship from an experienced editor - Wikipedia:Mentorship is a useful page to start at. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Are you sure this is a good idea? There isn't even a Wikipedia:WikiProject Facebook yet, let alone one on applications. If a Facebook WikiProject is needed, then a general one should be created first. Most Facebook applications are not notable either, so I could see this WikiProject having most of its articles deleted, and such WikiProjects tend to end-up being taken to WP:MFD and deleted. The template says: "If you don't want the file deleted, please provide explanatory information about the copyright status of this image. Please do not remove this notice while the question is being considered." Yet you decided to remove the template anyway. In light of your recent block, and past warnings for removing such templates, any further attempts at removal of deletion templates will be treated as disruption - pure and simple.
