Hello. I love your designs and I want to risk it all with my user page and ask you to redesign it. Might as well have it redone while I get my hands dirty by writing articles on wikipedia again. Thanks! --OO(talk)(useless text here) 01:10, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

Hello Phaedriel, my friend, I just came back from a Wikibreak and I was looking up some of my old compatriots. I hope you're doing well. Love, Fang Aili talk 20:56, 4 April 2011 (UTC)
Sharon...
It's been three and a half years since you vanished, and even longer since I decided to leave this place.
My thoughts come back to you at times. You are one of the most memorable people I have ever had the fortune to meet.
Where are you? We all miss you. Please come back to us, stumble out of the shadows. At least give us a sign. ♥ Fredil 04:51, 21 April 2011 (UTC)

Suspension of admin privileges due to inactivity
Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative privileges of users who have been inactive for one year, meaning administrators who have made neither any edits nor any logged actions in over one year. As a result of this discussion, your administrative privileges have been removed pending your return. If you wish to have these privileges reinstated, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e., as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts. Contact
Sharon, I do not give up easily. Since we last contacted I have got married again, approaching fifth anniversary, and am very happy. But i would still like to her from you, if you ever look at this site. We never met, but we spoke, and I appreciated your friendship. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 23:22, 30 November 2012 (UTC)
Notice of change
Hello. You are receiving this message because of a recent change to the administrator policy that alters what you were told at the time of your desysopping. The effect of the change is that you will not longer be able to request restoration of the tools because of your prior inactivity. You have until December 30, 2012 to request restoration or else the policy will prevent you from doing so in the future; you would need to seek a new WP:RFA. Until December 30, you can file a request at WP:BN for review by the crats. Thank you. MBisanz talk 04:22, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

Hello There
Back in early May of 'aught-seven, if I'm reading things right, you deleted a page I'd created. At any rate, your name is the one which shows up on the now red-linked page as having deleted it, and so I hope this little comment on your talk page isn't wholly out of place. The comment informing me of its deletion on my own talk page -- the first communication I ever received from any other user here on Wikipedia -- lists only an IP address as its author and reads in part "your recent additions . . . are considered nonsense". Unfortunately, while the page which I'd created might or might not have been "nonsense", it was to me no more than the culmination of my first foray here into editing pages, all of which I believed in quite passionately and engaged myself in with doubtless considerably more fervour and zeal than editorial restraint -- let alone any understanding of policy. Not knowing anything about how Wikipedia really worked behind the scenes, I read the word "additions" as referring to the total sum of my contributions up 'til then.
Now I grant you (since I've only just recently begun to delve into editing articles again) that whatever it is which I wrote at that time almost certainly did, in fact, constitute mostly original research. This is the primary reason I haven't even tried to revert it. My own intent in having created the page was to document the existence and rôle of "underground" newspapers within the Gay world. At any rate, other things caught my interest and I decided in the end to walk away rather than get into some sort of argument about a bunch of arcane policies and things on Wikipedia that I didn't even start to understand.
Now -- for whatever it is worth -- since that time I did go on as a gay man to a brief but quite respectable career as a reporter working in mainstream public radio. I covered the historically complex election of 2008 from every conceivable angle and saw things up close with my own eyes which very few people on earth ever see. My whole world opened up, and panoramically, at that: I went in very short order from tellin' drunks that their ex-lovers had been brutally murdered to interviewing presidential candidates, covering uranium mining on the Navajo nation in some depth, and touring Sandia National Laboratory's Z Machine in person on three separate occasions. I went directly from the thankless, bloody trenches of amateur LGBT advocacy journalism into a phœnomenally busy, professional working broadcast newsroom wherein history was made each and every day that I was there. My time in public radio alone is enough for me to say now with full, complete, and total confidence that my entire life has been quite well worthwhile.
I owe whoever it was who deleted that now red-linked page I'd created a certain debt of gratitude. I certainly could never have done near as much as I did near as well as I did if I hadn't been made aware -- a bit brusquely, perhaps -- of how some of the viewpoints and perspectives I embraced wholeheartedly and largely without question were in fact received by persons other than the small handful of gay men whom I'd pretty much surrounded myself with protectively.
I do not question your intent in having deleted the page, assuming (for discussion's sake) that it was in fact you who deleted it. I have no intent whatever to revive it at this point mainly because my own interests have led me on to other, more important things. But entirely regardless how my page's deletion was intended by whoever actually deleted it, that act in fact served to "break me out" of a very tight echo chamber, as it were; and the results of that "breakout" have been, on the whole, I dare say, a net positive.
Just a cursory glance on my part of your page here gives me the impression of a severely overworked moderator whom I'm hoping isn't giving themselves too hard a time second-guessing their own actions half a decade since their last recorded edit -- even if they did suffer the sort of temporary burnout which is regrettably endemic among folks who volunteer their time and expertise in service of some greater good. I don't know anything about you, really, and it's probably none of my business, except that I would not want you to suffer any more at this point for anything you might have ever said on my talk page to me. I'll leave you with a respectful little offering here of a sandpainting a friend of mine made recently: it's the first picture I ever uploaded to wikimedia, and I only got around to doing that much this morning.
The real Wikipedia I use each day now because I've genuinely come to love it is infinitely better than a hypothetical Wikipedia all filled with spam which I'd just visit now and then because I'd made some silly little entry no one else might even ever bother reading. Thank you for that much, even if it wasn't you who actually deleted my page.
And of course, if it was you, thank you all the more. :^) :^)
Be well. Xeltifon (talk) 02:03, 11 December 2012 (UTC)

So many years, and i still think of you. Just hope that everything is great, as you are. --WhiteWriterspeaks 00:23, 10 January 2013 (UTC)
- Agreed. I've seen some things get a bit rough for some other admins and others around here a lot, and even though I don't myself remember ever having contact with you, I hope that, if circumstances change to allow you to return, you would realize how much that would probably change things for the better for some of the harried and haggard editors here. But, one way or another, best of luck with everything, and if anyone here ever can do anything for you, or if you see something you wish addressed, drop me an e-mail and I can see what can be done. awesome creator
Thank you for adding to your quality articles: helping with userpages, founding and creating project and portal Indigenous peoples of North America, and creating the program "Awesome Wikipidian", tenderly chosing a picture and a poem for each recipient, - repeating: you are an awesome Wikipedian, we follow you!
Missing your wisdom and kind presence, hope you are well

Greetings,
"Military history" is one of the most important subjects when speak of sum of all human knowledge. To support contributors interested in the area over various language Wikipedias, we intend to form a user group.
