Day of Hatred

Hi, I created the article National Day of Hatred, dealing with the May 20 celebrations in Cambodia. Please have a look at it, I know you are usually interested in Cambodia topic articles. --Soman (talk) 19:43, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

You're an admin come back

Yak!!

How coincidental!!!! Yak yak! I love yaks! You've been to Tibet!! How awesome. My sister is in China too at the moment! I'll have to stick to being a chair Himalayan Explorer until I get lots of money to pay for my trip! How are you?? Himalayan 14:40, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Great! I was worried that somebody was ill again or you just gave up on the wiki! We need you and several thousand Cambodians on here! Well yes there was a lot of wiki drama particularly at the end of July over German politicians and BLPs and more recently the good old Dr. caused somebody to leave wikipedia because he created articles on Palestinian villages like Bashshit! and got himself blocked for 30 seconds for calling somebody a nasty name in response to a forum that they started attacking him on.... Now that's what I call Aevil! Anyway I've changed my focus on wikipedia and am no longer a mass stub creator, my aim now is to improve quality now we've hit 3 million, so somebody else will have to create those sub stubs about Cambodian and Vietnamese communes.... I will still be creating new articles but they will be much better than previously, I've started Wikipedia:WikiProject Intertranswiki to work towards transferring articles but without bots we are as limited as ever. Hooray

Paxse is finally back in action! :D Missed you, man. Cheers, Dylan620 (contribs, logs)help us! 16:15, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

Heh, I must admit that I wouldn't have found out about your return if not for Maedin's talk page (I have it watchlisted at the moment). <social call>So, how was your trip to Tibet? In case you're wondering, I've gotten in some activity at DYK since you left; I have 3 DYKs right now. And unfortunately, I'm not terribly active at ACC anymore, though as of late I have been in the mood to get back to work there.</social call>
Now get back to work at DYK and ACC, you little treasure! :D Best, Dylan620 (contribs, logs)help us! 16:25, 29 August 2009 (UTC)

SPI streamlining

Hello. The SPI team recently removed several of the more inactive clerks, to make way for people who have expressed interest in becoming active with the process. As some people who were removed have expressed no interest or wish to return to clerking, access to the bot functions have also been revoked. Of course, if you wish to remain a clerk, just readd your name to the list; but we do ask that you remain minimally active with the process. Thanks. PeterSymonds (talk) 01:03, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Banteay Prei Nokor

Give an eye to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Banteay_Prei_Nokor if u can, I think Wat Nokor and Banteay Prei Nokor need different entries, despite of UNESCO recommendation, which is imprecise at least (I'll investigate on the matter). --Riccardo.fabris (talk) 11:02, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

Hello

Some people are adamantly opposed to talkback templates. I'm not sure whether you automatically plan to check my talk page for my response, or want it here, but it is on my talk page. While I'm here, I see we have something in common. I've spent a little time in Tibet, only a few weeks, and I didn't really see any populated areas (but I did see some yaks).--SPhilbrickT 17:06, 23 November 2010 (UTC)

Hello!!

Where have you been for 15 months AWOL??? I was only thinking about you the other day when I heard about the stampede. How is everything? I haven;t done much work on Cambodia, but I've been working on Burma amongst other things.... I wish you'd have time to at least email as to what you are doing.. ♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:13, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

OK I guess I can expect a reply in March 2012 then...♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:33, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Hey but come you couldn't spare like ten minutes in 15 months to email me eh? Its just you used to be fairly active on here. I understand you are extremely busy with work, family etc but whenever you've used your computer you could have quickly sent an email! please do keep in contact even if it is only every few months. I was worried that something was wrong with your daughter again or something. If you email me in the toolbox i'll respond and you can register my email address Ian. How is Phnom Penh?♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:51, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

I've been doing a lot of work on Burma, from Kutkai, Great Tenasserim River, Kanmaw Kyun to Burma Art School George J. Geis... etc... I'm developing the villages by township... I've also done a bit on Laos with Amantaka etc and expanded 11 province articles on Northern rregion of Vietnam. But Cambodia sadly I've not been working on...♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:54, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Excellent buddy,***hopefully*** see you back on here tomorrow improving more district articles?♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:29, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Ha OK, I;ve responded, take care mate, great to here from you in sunny Cambodia.♦ Dr. Blofeld 16:37, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Notification of pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity

Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in over one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next month. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e., as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts.

Disambiguation link notification for August 19

Hi. When you recently edited Vyadhapura, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Prey Veng (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
