Hello and nice to meet you, I am notgoingtotellyou. If you want to collaborate on articles I'm very open to that as I'm a newbie to the site (I have edited in the past but forgot much of what I knew) and I just enjoy sharing the workload with people who have similar interests and article ideas. If we knew each other before don't be shy and stop in to say Hi. Those who are going to criticize me for not being a very skilled editor (technically) and who are not friendly or helpful or who have a big ego or are competitive can go buzz off! All others are welcomed.Notgoingtotellyou (talk) 21:51, 23 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Proposed New article: China in modern Africa edit

This is my second intended article to start after the above one is done. I want to talk about china's trading relations, infrastructure projects, immigration, political relations, history, natural resource exporting with each particular African country all on one page. China is making a push into Africa for economic and political reasons so I think all the info should be on one page to give people a broad picture of what's going on instead of having the picture broken up into dozens of pages which are hard to find. I would want to integrate/connect the two following pages into the proposed article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Africa%E2%80%93China_economic_relations https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Africa%E2%80%93China_relations . If anyone is interested or has any suggestions on how to go about this please get into contact with me. Notgoingtotellyou (talk)Notgoingtotellyou (talk) 03:43, 15 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

{{Help me-helped}

I need help on if I can use official WTO papers/reports to reference intellectual property infringement in China? If so, could I also use USA government reports and The United States International Trade Commission reports, also maybe chamber of commerce and the MPAA? And what about doctoral Thesis? And what about from the law school of harvard: http://jolt.law.harvard.edu/digest/patent/chinas-ip-reform-state-interests-align-with-intellectual-property-protection-again . These mostly talk about individual cases which will be very important for my new article or series of articles. I intend to do a large article on the Black market of China in every facet and maybe a separate one to replace or improve on the already present article at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_property_in_China. Thanks in advance for your help. I'm a newbie so please be gentle with me :-) Thanks

Re: Barefoot lawyers edit

Hi Sir,

I saw your message today but do not understand why it needs to be created on zh.wikipedia. I do not think it is such a sensitive topic as it already exists on Baidu Encyclopedia (hence accessible to users in China) which you know of course is Mainland based and subject to domestic internet regulations. Besides, zh.wikipedia is not currently accessible from China unless you use certain internet tools to bypass the GFW. If your target audience are those from the Mainland, then they would be able to access it from Baidu.baike anyway. --Jose77 (talk) 08:18, 20 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
