Soft Power

Hi, thank you for updating the Soft power article. I am not sure including a long list from the sources is the right thing to do but happy to discuss the reasons for and against this. The soft presence ranking from Elcano is the relevant one for this article on page 20 and an important insight from this report is the EU scores highest for soft presence when considered as a whole. Since the latest edits introduced inaccuracies, certainly including the military and economic components of the Elcano rankings is not right for this article I would say, so I made further changes to the article.
